Final Registration Procedures
• Candidates who are eligible to register for our university's International Student Admission Quotas must register with the documents requested for final registration, in person or through a notarized proxy at our university's student affairs unit within the registration dates.
• Registration procedures of those who submit falsified, fake, incomplete and incorrect documents during the application, placement and registration process will not be carried out, and even if final registrations have been made, the transaction will be cancelled and legal action will be taken.
Required Documents for Final Registration
• Information Form (Located below),
• Original high school diploma (Apostilled by the Turkish Republic's foreign missions) and a Turkish translation approved by a notary or Turkish Republic's foreign missions,
• A document from the Turkish Ministry of National Education or the Turkish Republic that shows that the high school diplomas of candidates who graduated from Turkish schools are equivalent to the diplomas received from Turkish high schools, and that is issued by the Turkish Republic. Original of the ‘Equivalence Certificate’ to be obtained from the Foreign Representatives,
• Transcript (Statement of grades) (It shows the courses and grades taken by the candidates in high school and a certified copy of the official transcripts approved by the high school principal and translated into Turkish is added to the application form together with the transcript.),
• Exam Result Document (Verifiable result document of the exams included in the MTU International Student Admission Score Table specified in Tables 4 and 5 to be used in the evaluation. If the document is prepared in a language other than Turkish, a certified copy with a Turkish translation. (Applications made with a score lower than the announced minimum scores will not be evaluated.),
• Foreign Language Proficiency Certificate, if applicable,
• Turkish Proficiency Certificate, if applicable,
• A certified Turkish copy of the student visa to be obtained from the foreign representatives,
• A certified Turkish copy of the passport or ID obtained from official authorities or approved by the Foreign Representatives of the Republic of Turkey,
• A certified Turkish copy of the contribution fee/tuition fee that has been paid bank receipt showing the applicant's address,
• Four 4.5x6.0 cm photographs (must have been taken within the last six months, from the front, in a way that allows the candidate to be easily identified),
• Placement result document,
• Acceptance letter,
• Turkish Republic identity number declaration or ID card photocopy for Turkish national candidates,
• Officially approved document regarding military service status for Turkish male candidates,
• Original GCE AL exam result document for TRNC national candidates who completed their entire secondary education in TRNC high schools,
• A copy of residence permit (Foreign national candidates who are obliged to apply to the Security authorities and obtain a residence permit after registration must submit a copy of their residence permit within six months from the registration date.) • Health report and/or vaccination card documenting whether there is any complaint such as a contagious disease etc.
